Inmagic revises pricing structures.
The latest Inmagic price list features some significant price changes
especially for the basic tools such as TextWorks and WebPublisher PRO.
Please contact us to update any price quotes from earlier this year - in
some cases these will now be
significantly lower.
Inmagic
announces options for switching from DB/Text to CS platform.
Several products will now be available in both
DB/Text and Content Server (CS) versions. Clients with selected products can
now move to the CS platform for just the cost of a new install CD. Check out
our
FAQ page
for more information, or contact us to
discuss whether switching would be right for you.
Andornot Search
Cannery: Canned Query Wizard
For all WebPublisher clients who have struggled with the syntax of a canned
search, help is at hand! Check out our new
Search Cannery
where you can enter your parameters, and have the syntax generated for you
to copy and paste.
Inmagic Presto!
Inmagic has
just announced
Presto! - a customizable application for web based
catalogs of images, documents or other media. This application
provides a headstart with attractive search, results and web based editing
pages. Andornot can work with clients who want to build applications based
on Presto! or can develop these using our own codebase
utilizing, for example,
our
Ordering cart
and
ESP.
Inmagic Genie
If you are interested in learning more about Inmagic's new web based library
management system, please
register
for an Inmagic webinar. There are several sessions
offered in the next few months.
We are also able to schedule one on one demos of Genie
via Webex, however you may want to attend one of the public webinars
first to get an overview of the product. Inmagic has announced introductory pricing for
Genie with special offers for existing DB/TextWorks and
WebPublisher/WebPublisher PRO clients.

BC Cancer Agency launches revamped site with request
option.
The
BCCA library catalogue
now allows users to place requests to borrow
items using Andornot shopping/request cart technology. For more information
on our requesting cart see
http://www.andornot.com/xmlcart.asp.
Lincoln Center Institute web projects
Andornot has recently completed two projects for the Lincoln Center
Institute in New York. The first features a shopping cart for schools
to order items as part of the
LCI Collections
program
and the second is their
library catalog.
Both utilize
Andornot's WebPublisher results component to simplify integration with their
site template. See our client profile for more information.
New interface for
Canadian Centre for Philanthropy
Andornot has
recently completely a second interface in both English and French for the
CCP Links database - see
http://ccp.andornot.com/ccplinks.asp.
The link
to the same database, but from a different website, is at:
