I have figured out what the problem is for WPP on the server. It is not the latest version. I now remember that I did not install the latest version. I expected them to and I told them that they had an old one installed.

Sometimes it pays to check the obvious... in cars when you see the record results all we needed to do was view the source and there it was looking at us... v.1!
