Andornot provided ICC Canada archivists with data management systems and a public search interface for archival, artifactual and library collections, with information entered and searchable in two languages and three scripts (character sets): English Inuktitut (Roman Orthography) and Inuktitut Syllabic).

The Delta Museum and Archives, in British Columbia, is a long time user of Inmagic DB/TextWorks software. Their collections were searchable online for many years, but due to technological change, became unavailable for a time. Now, however, thanks to a re-launch of the collections using our Andornot Discovery Interface, they are available once again.

Canadian Jewish Heritage Network

Andornot has hosted the Canadian Jewish Heritage Network website and search engine since its inception in 2011. CJHN.ca brings together archival and genealogical resources from seven Jewish archives across Canada, in a single, easy to use search engine. Both archival and genealogical resources searchable together, despite each having quite different data schemas and fields.

Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity

The Paul D. Fleck Library and Archives at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity was established in 1990 to serve as the institutional memory of Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. With records from the Centre’s inception in 1933, the Archives serves as the official repository for administrative, legal, and historical materials, and additionally houses selected personal records of artists and individuals associated with Banff Centre.

Bruce County Historic Newspapers

Bruce County Historic Newspapers

Over 11,000 historic newspaper issues (over 90,000 pages) of historic Bruce County community newspapers, many of which are no longer in print, were digitized in 2022 as part of the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre’s efforts to make this valuable resource easily accessible to the public. Spanning the decades from the 1860s to the present, almost all of these newspaper issues may now be read on the Bruce County Historic Newspapers website at https://newspapers.brucemuseum.ca
